The iconic boot screen from Windows XP rearranged for Luma3DS.

This splash screen attempts to resemble the boot screen seen in Windows XP with minor changes. It felt wrong using only the top screen on a 3DS, so I moved the smaller text to the bottom screen while leaving the logo on top. The progress bar is replaced by text ripped from XP's setup that says "Please wait..." to get around the fact that Luma3DS splash screens aren't animated.
